Joe Fraser is the President and owner of Joe Fraser Property Inspections, Inc.
Licensed by the State of Maryland # 11454, I have performed over 3,500 inspections*.
I am currently a certified inspector by, and a member of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI)
and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

I was the past Vice President, Director of Operations for Building Specs of Annapolis and a primary trainer for Building
Specs Inc, (a national home inspection company and trainer of home inspectors).
I have trained hundreds of students, inspectors and Realtors® during my career as a home inspector.

With an extensive background in residential construction since 1987, I have worked for general contractors for the
improvement of homes. I have done fire and water restoration estimating and repairs. A strong knowledge of structure,
foundation, framing, roofing, and other building components has given me the background to work in many different
areas of the building industry. I have over 20 years of experience in home improvements, custom building and in the
